The Resilient Mama Method 2-6 month program is a unique, 1:1 coaching program that leverages the power of science & lab testing to get to the root of your energy problem, craft a recovery plan that is customized to your needs, and provide live support as you put your plan into action over the course of 4-6 months!

Here's how it works!

Step 1

Application & Discovery Call

Fill out the application form below to apply for the Resilient Mama Method. If you are a fit, we will set up a Discovery Call to learn more about your current situation & discuss next steps moving forward.

Step 2

Screening & Lab Testing

To get to the root of your energy problem, we will do some screening & lab tests to help us determine the best solution for your needs.

Step 3

Custom Recovery Plan

Based on your lab results, we will craft a custom, two to six month plan of action that can involve (but is not limited to) nutrition modifications, exercise, supplementation and mindset coaching.

Step 4

Live, 1:1 Support

We provide regular support and check-in calls. The frequency of the calls is determined together in this fully customized program for you.

Step 5

Progress Review

After 4-6 months, we will rerun the labs to assess your progress and see how far you’ve come.

Step 6

Graduation!

We celebrate your incredible achievement and send you off to continue building on the foundation you’ve created in this program!

As a Fellow of Applied Functional Science and personal trainer with 22 years experience, I am here to serve your movement needs with fully customized one on one movement sessions that go beyond exercise. 

Training for LIFE! 

Personal training takes on a whole new meaning during our mid 40s when moving well means moving for a long time. We will coach you through a creative program that will meet your training needs and help you take your strength and fitness to the next level. 

Equipment and Program

YOU may be the only equipment we use. But I also love to incorporate dumbbells, bands, Pelvicore Pro and ViPR Pro. All sessions are recorded so you can play back and repeat your session throughout the week.
